beyond all reason

so last weekend we were waiting...on sellers of a beautiful home to say they would sell it to us.

waiting is painful sometimes. 

and i'm so impatient.

they agreed. and yesterday we had the inspection.

we have done this before. and last time we told everyone about a beautiful house that we were going to get. and then the inspection happened on the last one. and we didn't get that house.

but this time, we waited to tell everyone.

the inspection went very well. minor issues. especially for a house this old.

and last night i got to text out pics to our family and friends to show them where we are planning to live when we move. 

of course things might change. something could happen.

something can always happen when buying and selling houses. 

but it all looks good so far!

and after months of not knowing if our house would sell, if we would find a house, if a house would work out, and if we were just plain crazy, it looks like this is really happening. 

i love this house. i can't wait to raise our family here. God has blessed us beyond all reason.
