don't want no drama, mama

and we're home. i haven't blogged lately because our littlest munchkin was in the hospital from saturday morning until wednesday night. it was a very long time! my mom came in to help out the hubs while i was at the hospital. i only left twice, and both times something bad happened. :(

we found out that our little moose has had pneumonia around 5-10 times in his short little life. and there's pretty much no doubt in the doctors' minds that he will end up BACK in the hospital sooner rather than later, just because he was a preemie, he's been super sick, and anything he gets sick with turns into something bad pretty quickly.

the good news is that the meds seem to be working. we get to use an inhaler now instead of using the nebulizer all the time. this saves about 10 minutes every 4 hours. wonderful! i can use it easily while still taking care of my other children, instead of having to sit with the baby in my arms for 10-15 minutes at a time without the ability to get up. this has been hard, especially with the discipline issues we're having with the kiddos during this time of transition and adjustment.

anyways, we are home. he is sleeping great, eating great, and smiling.
he even rolled over for the first time tonight!!! what a great moment!

on a sadder note: some changes are happening with monkey's family and we're just not sure how that will pan out. march 23 is the pre-trial hearing. so continued prayers are appreciated. --i feel selfish, always asking for prayers. we apparently have quite the dramatic life! we want all our boys to be loved, cared for, and taught about the Lord. monkey's safety and security are our main concern.
